just quick heads up if any of you have purchased this GFCI switch from Lowe's from Eaton it's kind of a pain in the ass these directions are just not the greatest that's what you're going to see and it's going to baffle you're number one because they've got the receptacle upside down somebody seems to think that this is a good idea these days there is no NEC code or any code in the country that requires that it's just a personal preference here's the problem and at issue I'm having and I can see everybody else is having there's a switch here the switch you can see right there these two wires treat them as an independent switch that's all you have to remember very simple there is no continuity anywhere on the back here for this this is just independent and the way you're gonna wire that is you're gonna take your hot wire right here I get a pigtail - okay when's it gonna go up here to you
