hi it's Steve I'm going to show you how to unlock a voice mailbox on a North Star this would apply to BCM 50s Startalk flash all the North Star models so that the user complains that when they try to log into their voicemail they get this message mailbox locked contact admin and then it exits in the older software it might just say mailbox locked ok that's happened because somebody's just an invalid password too many times so how do we unlock it well I'm demonstrated on a BCM 50 and the way you log into the voicemail on the BCM 50 is a little bit different that it is on the older North Star flash and star talks so what I'm going to do is I'm going to show you how I'm going to login on the BCM 50 then I'm going to splice in a video cut which shows how to log in to the older startac master attack Startalk models and then we'll come back and I'll show you the rest of what needs to be done
