in today's video we're going to demonstrate how to use the environmental splice tool GMT to 32 or m22 520 lat 37 - or 1 for checking calibration of the GMT to 32 use the G for 11 or mil part number m2205 20 slant 3901 go gauging indicated by the green color band no-go gauging indicated by the red band the G for 11 has three distinct sizes three for the go and three for the no-go each correlating to the cavity size go gauging operate the tool to the fully closed position insert the go in as shown the gage must pass freely between the jaw halves insert the no-go end of the gage as shown the no-go may partially enter the opening but must not pass completely through the opening repeat this step for each cavity caution must be used not to crimp on the gage now let's perform a crimp using the GMT 232 select the proper cavity size of the GMT to 32 for the terminal that you've decided to crimp
