Some reasons may affect the pairing correctly:

1.Make sure the earbuds and your Bluetooth device are next to each other or within 33 feet and there are no obstacles between.

2.There are no signal interference nearby (check the question "Connection is not stable" for signal interference conditions).

3.Try to reboot your Bluetooth devices. (Put them into charging case, take them out after you see red lights on)
