Support Solution Article 522210. Gathering the support bundle
on CloudBoost can resolve issues that may be encountered with CloudBoost. The support bundle
contains the majority of the logs that will be needed
to properly troubleshoot. There are two ways to gather
the support bundle. One is through the new CloudBoost
on-premise management portal. Second is using the CLI. During this demo
we will provide instructions on how to collect
the support bundle on CloudBoost. Start by signing into the on-premise
management portal. Click on the Support tab on the left and choose from the options
Recent Log Files or All Log Files. In most cases you will use
the option All Log Files as it contains the majority
of logs needed for troubleshooting. Next we will cover gathering logs
from the CloudB
