hello and welcome to the tech e info center and right now we're going to do a video on getting information off a phone here pretty much what happened is this phone got completely crushed this is a Motorola HD razor smart phone and what happens with these is they're really expensive to fix the front glass and LCD and so a lot of people are just going to get new phones and the problem they're having is getting their information off of these thumbs you know you can't use them you can't hook up because they have a slide lock or they have a pattern lock and so when you hook them up to your computer with the data cable it doesn't pull up anything and that's a problem because people have tons of pictures and videos and whatnot on there so we have a customer here who broke his phone completely shattered the front here but it still turns on now this will only work if your phone is still function
