okay just to confirm what other people have been saying I'm going to make this short video this is about a $30.00 recorder and you can get a little cheaper on eBay or wherever our secondhand for quite a bit less it is true there's no way to transfer your files that you record to the computer unless you want to somehow use software and transfer it through the ear output if there there's no way to do it otherwise this runs off to triple-a batteries it's good it has pretty good battery life but I would suggest using this only for basic memo recording stuff like that basic notes although it does have a capability of storing quite a few files because you've got four folders you got a B C and D and each of those floor folders can hold up to 200 recorded files so you've got 800 file capacity up to 1151 hours as its and right there recording time 86 hour battery life I don't know there's no way
