the next thing we're going to be looking at is use of the index marks in the DS 2400 when you begin your recording you hit the record button on the side and if you'll notice the soft key F 3 is now says index at the 10-second mark we will insert an index point and it says index 0 one set we continue recording and at the 20-second mark we will insert another index it says index 2 is set to listen to our recording we rewind by pushing up on the rocker bar by hidden stops in the new key we begin a new recording and the screen updates to show 0 9
