hello I'm Gordon laying editor of camera laughs calm I'd like to give you a brief video tour on the Olympus efore 20 here it is the 420 this is the successor to the e 410 unlike that camera another Olympus DSLRs is based on the Four Thirds standard that means it can take any 4/3 compatible lens and I've got it fitted here with the Olympus Zucco digital 25 millimeter now Olympus describes this as a pancake lens and you can understand why when I turn the camera to its side this really is a very very slim lens indeed I'll be talking more about that later on in the video now externally speaking v4 20 greatly resembles this predecessor they share pretty much the same body the new four twenties got a slightly bigger screen if we have a look at it from above you'll notice that the grip here is also slightly enlarged although it's still fairly small Olympus has also changed the color of the lab
