hey everybody um so i know a lot of you have heard me bragging about my new camera and they've kind of been wondering what it is um it's the olympus epl1 um it's part of their new pen series if anybody's familiar with olympus history the pen series were the original i think they were like half frame sensor cameras um basically what this is is it's a full functioning uh slr sensor in a point-and-shoot but it's in a really compact body a lot of people have actually been asking me you know is this an old point-and-shoot or you know how old is my camera because you know it's bigger than your typical you know run-of-the-mill point-and-shoot especially with the lens extended to its full full focal length and it's a 14 to 45 millimeter lens with the you know the barrel focal length just like a typical slr lens but to get an idea of kind of its size you can kind of compare it to my olympus e620
