On-Stage MSA9508 Posi-Lok Sidemount Microphone Boom

Welcome to another Unboxit video. Today we're opening up an on stage mic stand. The On-Stageo Posi-Lok side mount boom. What it does is it actually connects to a microphone stand, or I'm gonna actually use it to connect to a light stand and have my microphone just right in front of my face right where I want it. It's just gonna be able to make my life a lot easier so I'm looking forward to it and as you can see here in this photograph, you can use it to, uh, if you're like playing the guitar you can use it to like, mic your guitar. Y'know. It's got a little pivot point on it, so you can pretty much direct it anywhere you want. Let's, here let's just open it up. This guy costs about $15. it has a five-eighths inch thread for mics and it's a 7-inch boom arm. It weighs about a pound it looks like it's going to fit on basically any kind of pole or light stand, anything you'd want to connect
