hi there today I like to take a look at this product it's a very nice product actually it uses two double-a batteries and they are included they just have plastic on them so remove the plastic and then read insert them back in here there's a cover and then you have so here's a little protective thingy and the little lock is there so just give it a little turn and then you can expose this here's your on/off switch there's no speed setting and you can hear it is extremely quiet that's it for sound I mean it is extremely quiet and there's not a lot of vibrations and it's super smooth so there's not much worry about damage it does get hot though so you do want to do quick little movements so you don't want to hold it on one spot for too long but see it's not going to really hurt and actually you could probably use this as a little callus remover to after you use it then you do want to just
