today we're going to walk through the setup of an Akio UWF one wireless network adapter to a non Quixote X and our XO nine series receiver just plug the adapter into the receivers USB port select USB on the front panel and you'll get an on-screen message that it's initializing then your screen will ask you what type of setup you want in most cases you'll select manual setup here now the receiver will scan for available wireless networks choose the network you wish to connect to next it'll ask you about the security settings of your network in most cases you'll scroll down to key and select it and to your network security key keep in mind these are usually case sensitive once you enter the key navigate to and select ok next choose the default key ID typically this will be one select that now click ok and your system will negotiate with the network to get an IP address and gets all set up
