hello I'm Ken with Orion telescopes and binoculars and this is the Orion giant view 20 by a te D binocular so let me go through some of the features and show you what this thing can do first off what I said before edy it's an 80 millimeter edy objective that means it's extra low dispersion which gives you a sharper image and no false color with some binoculars especially at higher magnification if it doesn't have a D glass you'll see a little bit of false color around the edges of targets for instance if you're looking out at a white sign against some other color background the edges will look slightly purplish or maybe have a little red or blue hue that's some of the light at the ends of the spectrum a little bit out of focus the IDI glass brings all the wavelengths into focus at one point giving you a slightly sharper image and definitely no false color so especially at the higher mag
