i put these woofers in my son's car and they sound great just make sure that you have the right box and amplifier well pleased with this speaker when i paired it with z05000 1d amp running at 2 ohms i installed in a sealed box with 1 25 cu feet of air space pointed towards the rear of vehicle still in break-in period however this speaker pounds my jeep already with deep bass at little volume update february 16 19 bought another speaker and box and while this pair hits hard decent subwoofers for the price takes a bit to loosen up but they're handling a rockford 1200 1d wired at 1 ohm and seeing up to 1 400 watts rms this sub is extremely powerful it blew the top of my speaker box off and i had to rebuild and reseat my box which is a custom fabricated fiberglass box i also had to strap the box down because it now vibrates all around my car i have two xtr 124 ds wired in parallel at 1 ohm
