hey folks today i'm going to show you how to terminate our new shielded field turn plug there are two types i'm going to show you the straight one today both are category 6a and backwards compatible so we have a straight plug and we also have a 90 degree field term shielded plug so right now i'll show you how to do the straight plug stay tuned okay folks so you'll notice the steel turn plug comes in a five pack so you have a shielded field turn plug here i've taken the liberty of removing one from the bag you're gonna have your shielded plug your boot that you're gonna put on first your lacing cap and of course a small zip tie so the first thing i'm gonna do is put on my boot and it's a one size boot so if you're using 6a of course i'm going to trim that down a little i'll slide my boot through the cable i'm going to strip back about two inches of cable and of course the instruction she
