If u get your battery and it's not work, eg, computer will not boot up with battery, or computer will shutdown when battery level is #% and and full charge only ##mAH, or...Might try to completely discharge the battery or reinstalling it and the battery will work.
Maybe at the time you open the package, the battery has been lying in box for too many days. And try to completely discharge the battery will help the battery warm up and enter the work quickly, i.e. use the computer without the charger and then turn the computer off and then charge.
