hello everybody I'm Doug from watching gadget here to help you troubleshoot your gadgets [Music] and here with a video to show you how to charge your smart bracelet are you smart band if you're having trouble with it now lady contacted me she'd bought one off of me a while back and said I wouldn't charge for and that I shipped her notice that it still wouldn't charge for us so anyway after talking with her I've kind of troubleshoot the issue and what I have learned about these smart bracelets is that they charge with a USB charger prong that looks like this they have two metal prongs on one side and nothing on the other side so what that means is let's say I'll take this one and you see these metal this little plastic piece that's inside your USB charger they have metal prongs in them right here and what that means is this your smartband needs to the the metal pieces need to touch those
