hey youtube i'm going to be showing you how to open this really annoying ren pure body wash bottle um when you first get it you probably tried to wiggle and do all sorts of things to pop it open and nothing's happening well i'm going to show you what you need to do first tighten clockwise this base as tight as you can get it then see there's this little indent here on the top push down on that and twist it counterclockwise keep twisting and it'll pop just like that but you got to make sure as you're doing that keep this base as tight as you can or it'll start to ooze some of the body wash hopefully that was helpful and you can open up your bottle now if you're sort of strange and want to close the top for some reason you can just do the opposite of what you did to open it push down and then twist it clockwise so again to open twist it counterclockwise to close push down and go clockwise
