today we're talking about the RB JD bracket this bracket is used on certain John Deere models that have a third ear on the deck to hold the deflector I've gone ahead and made a sample of what the deck would look like with the three brackets in the back the bracket itself is the two pieces right in front and they have two mounting holes on the back of them and the one piece has one large hole on the face that has to go towards the front of the deck in this example we'll go ahead and and put them where they belong that would represent the front of the deck with the big hole forward and that would represent the middle portion this is why they have to be two separate pieces to fit in between the deflector ears you
