Pacon 12" x 18" Spectra(R) Art Tissue, Sky Blue

I have here a sheet of art tissue paper it's 12 by 18 and underneath it is a white plastic garbage bag so I'm not sure how clear that is on the video white on white I'm taking a tube of matte medium this is a really convenient dispensing unit although not the most economical to buy and how taking my plastic gift card or whatever it is hotel key credit card and just spreading the matte medium I'm not pressing too hard because if once the tissue paper gets a little bit wet it gets very fragile so I'm sort of spreading it and then just scraping it gently it's hard to see exactly where the matte medium is and where it's not except the tissue wrinkles where there's matte medium a little bit more use the plastic underneath so that the tissue paper doesn't stick to the tabletop or paper the matte medium pretty much goes right through the tissue paper and plastic underneath will resist it okay
