Solio Alfa Plus is a pain-alleviating and healing device that delivers impressive results by emitting a combination of 3 powerful energies: BiPolar RF (Radiofrequency), IR (Infra-Red), and LLLT (Low Light Laser Therapy), targeting various sources of the pain at different depths to relieve discomfort, improve circulation and accelerate the healing process. Solio alleviates pain resulting from sports and trauma injuries, chronic pain, back pain, muscle or joint pain, menstrual cramps, Thighs & Legs pain and more. Once you plug the device, the 3 indicators LED's will light up and start rotating - signaling that the device is in Standby mode. Make sure your skin is clean and dry, then apply a thin layer of slider gel (Supplied) to the treatment area to facilitate smooth & slow movements of the device. Choose the treatment mode by pressing the control button: High Mode (3 LEDs): RF+IR+LLLT Suitable for most pain types and most parts of the body. The high setting, with all therapy energies active. Medium Level (2 LEDs): RF+IR+LLLT For Medium Level, Suitable for small areas, such as palms and ankles. At the medium setting, RF, IR, & LLLT energies active at a lower intensity. Low Level (1 LED): Only LLLT energy: Suitable for hot and swollen areas, diagnosed as inflamed, or areas with varicose veins. No RF or IR energy is emitted in this mode, only LLLT. In treatment modes with 3 & 2 LED's, you will sense warmth emitting from the device. On 1 LED mode, you will not sense warmth. Place the device on the area of skin - Move it around in slow and circular motion 20min. Do not use Solio if you have a history of skin cancer, applied topical steroids at the treatment area, received radiation therapy or chemotherapy treatments within the past 3 months. a pacemaker, heart arrhythmias or heart disorder. metal or silicon implantable, uncontrolled diabetes, blood clotting disorders, active herpes, open wounds in the treatment area. Do not use when you are pregnant or nursing.
