hi I'm Karl with apt and with all the storms we've been having recently here in the Chicagoland area it's important to remember to have surge protectors located around your home to plug all of your equipment into the one I have here is made by Panamax it's a Model MD 2 and it's a nice compact size you have two different outlets in here they make others that have more outlets if you have a lot of equipment in one area but this particular one is really good for appliances which a lot of people don't think about when they're buying surge protectors so this compact size can fit behind a refrigerator it can fit behind a stove so it tucks into into tight areas it also has a removable front faceplate so you can take that off you can paint it put it back on and put it on the wall if it's in the middle of a room so it's not sticking out but like I said it's important especially around here with
