today we're spending some quality time with the Panasonic Lumix DMC fp3 this is a sleek stylish sexy fashion cam from Panasonic with a nice sliding faceplate and a three inch touchscreen LCD in the back the touch screen although nice to have and shoot with gave us a little attitude and we'll get to that in a little bit the FP 3 also has mega OAS which performed excellently the FP 3 shoots 14 point 1 megapixel images and has a 4x optical zoom it also does 720p HD video image quality HD video quality the whole shebang is equivalent to the Panasonic we tested a week or two ago the Lumix DMC cs5 we saw great images in bright light but the camera in in video mode the camera can't handle low light luckily we had starry sky mode that helped us out with a 15 second 30 second and 60 second shutter speed this camera has a host of consumer-friendly scene modes like film grain and sunset and our fa
