this is the panasonic ft-25 and it's panasonic's latest tough camera now it's waterproof down to a depth of seven meters drop proof from a height of 1.5 meters and it's freeze proof down to a temperature of minus 10 degrees now it's a very generalist top camera so you've got creative modes as well as your underwater shooting mode panasonic says the underwater mode should kind of try and add reds to counter the blue of the sea to actually make the shot look a little bit better it's a 16.1 megapixel camera with a four times optical zoom and that's not unusual to have a very limited optical zoom with this type of camera because the lens needs to stay in here to keep it waterproof you've also got a time-lapse mode built into this camera so if i go into here in the main menu settings i can choose the time-lapse and say yep i want it to go for a minute and take 10 shots within that time press
