This is a one-port service mount box. It allows you to easily add a jack almost anywhere. They come with a sticky pad for surface mounting, a screw for more permanent mounting and a cable tie for wire management. To install, just pop your jack into the large opening. It is then ready for termination. Once your jack is wired, you can secure it with the cable tie. Put on the lid, making sure your cable exits the rear of the surface mount box through the notch, and put on the sticky pad.
