This Panduit CD-720-1 crimping die is suitable for use with a Panduit CT-720 crimper (not included) and a range of copper and aluminum conductors. It is compatible with American Wire Gauge (AWG) #6 aluminum conductors and copper conductors from #8 to #2 AWG. The die is color coded in red, blue, gray, and brown for matching with color-coded Panduit connectors, and produces a five-sided crimp with the die index number embossed on the connector barrel for post-crimp inspection.
