hi this is J Whittaker with Panduit this video shows how to create badge port labels using the easy mark data import tool to begin creating patch cord labels first go to Excel spreadsheet and create two columns of information in this case we're going to define the cabinet location and the panel location and the first port prepare we can just create the other ports in that grouping and then our far end connection we'll define again a different cabinet and panel and then the series of ports that will be on the far end ok so we've created a set of 12 boards connecting to another set of 12 boards in a different cabinet we're going to go ahead and save that information and then we're going to go into easy mark create a new document and we've got our label format opened up this is the turn tell format I'll click on the first label and go to the data import tool this is the icon for these data
