hey so welcome to always analog where we celebrate the beauty of analog technology in the digital world so today we have a pencil review and we are looking at the papermate wright brothers number two pencil mechanical pencil um in the 12 pack and i have had some requests from people to look at mechanical pencils and with the question of you know uh wood pencils are okay but they're kind of you know an old technology and uh mechanical pencils have so many advantages over a wooden pencil well i guess that might be a comparison for another video right now i just really want to look at these i don't i'll be honest with you i these are the only mechanical pencils uh like this that i have a purchased they were on sale uh for two dollars um for 12 pencils and i got this sort of at the height of the school supply shopping season in late summer late august early september and i thought i would t
