These cards are comparable to the M-33 time card and others (see below). This is a front loading card that reads from the top down with four punches per day. Days are printed on these cards starting with Monday and going thru to Sunday. There are spaces for the employee name and a card or employee number. There is a large section on the left side of the card that holds extra payroll information such as deductions, hours, and totals.
