this is the paraphernalia revolution ballpoint pen it comes in a triangular shaped box with the paraphernalia logo on the corner box lid lifts off and inside is the paraphernalia revolution ballpoint pen unique design it has three distinct rods that run the length of the pen you can actually see the inside and see the refill it has a metal tip when you extend the refill that just simply comes through the end of that that metal tip and then it has three screws on each end that hold those metal rods together and a push button at the opposite end of the writing end to extend and retract out the refill in the ballpoint pen pretty simple mechanism how it works pretty basic design but very unique it has a small clip there on the one side to put it into your pocket looks a little awkward but it really feels well in my hand it doesn't you know you can hold it all different angles works really w
