On your glasses, you have the temple piece. At the end we consider this portion of the frame between my fingers to be the ear piece. Sometimes when your glasses are sitting on your head, you'll feel like this part of the glasses are digging into the back of your ears. This can be fixed by either straightening the frames and making the curve farther towards the back, or bringing it in and make the curves closer towards your ears in order to make it tighter or snugger.
