okay so we're going to be replacing screen on this lenovo t480 uh we need something sharp to pry this front panel off i use the tool from ifixit ifixit.com don't go too deep so you don't damage the screen so first you pry it a little bit and it's a really thin and flimsy plastic just go one by one it's a lot of clips just pull these clips and this front panel is nothing by clips no screws nothing and um it works on lenovo t480 and the same thing pretty much in t47 and t490 so yeah slowly walk your way around what happened this laptop supposed to be sent to one of the managers but instead it went to like landfill shipping just our shipping office just confused it somehow and it went through the compactor and then it got damaged but not too bad just the screen pretty much on both sides so keep peeling this is very very soft plastic on front and it's pretty much glued it's not much clips o
