hi this is Sean from Cline tools and today we're going to go through the basic steps with stripping back and terminating a coaxial cable so the first thing you're going to need to do something like this is a cable stripper and they can come in several different types usually they will have you know one or several cutting bays a standard stripper will be normally good for rg59 six and six quad some other stripping tools may have multiple cutting bays they'll do all the normal sizes like fifty nine six six quad and they also will be capable for some thicker cables like orgy 11 the first step is you take your piece of coaxial cable put the stripping tool over the end of the cable give it a twist and strip the cable back and you can see right here this will be stripped in the perfect proportions ready for a connector right away connectors can be in many different sizes as well today I'm goi
