Product review & video
hello I'm Josh from camera security now and today we're going to look crimping ends onto a standard CCTV cable these are standard coaxial compression ends this is a compression crimp and this is just a standard cable stripper all these devices are available at camera security now calm now we're going to see how to strip the cable this is standard Siamese cable comes with a power wire and a video wire first thing you want to do is cut it off flat which I've already done separate the ends pull them back we're gonna be working with the coax cable right here make sure it's flat your compression I'm sorry your crimp is going to go up in there all the way to the wall you're going to mash it down with your thumb and forefinger so it makes a nice tight grip on the cable then you're going to go around several times until you don't hear it cutting wire any longer so it should give you a nice cut
