[Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] you [Music] hi I'm Tiffany from Olympus with a tip on using folders and files stored on an Olympus digital voice recorder today I'm using the ws 852 this recorder has five folders to switch among the folders press the folder index by while the recorder is stopped the folders are named a B C D and E each folder can store up to 200 files if you look at the top left corner of the screen notice the folder changes each time you press the folder index button on my recorder folder a is empty folder B contains 15 files folder C has three [Music] while folders D penny are empty let's go back to folder B where there are 15 files press the arrow key left or right to move back and forth within a folder [Music] if you forget the folder but remember the D use the calendar to find your file if a date has files stored it will be marked with an underline for example in Au
