The same would apply for taking it off. Just roll the elastic back over the plastic and the cover comes right off. 2. After putting sleeve on lift edge with finger and press on sleeve to get air out. Once the air is out it forms a tight seal which does not allow water in. Warm notice: 1. Do not take much force to slide it on and off when it is difficult to pull on, which will cause the neoprene torn easily! Can find someone to help until you’ve mastered the usage. 2.
