hi my name is MuRF with interactive intelligence today I'd like to tell you some of the really cool things that our friends over at Plantronics have been doing specifically with their new product the da 80 audio processor and its integration with our product the customer interaction center and the interaction center client let's take a look at their hardware first so here immediately as I'm looking at the the audio processor itself you can tell this is definitely a Plantronics unit high quality well built it's very solid this here is the processor itself and it plugs into a PC with a USB cable it just stays plugged in all the time and then there's a socket down here at the bottom where you can connect or disconnect a headset unit and there's some sensors built in there that will let us trigger some actions based on activity a few simple intuitive controls there's a mute button volume do
