Hi, this is Wayne. I want to give you a quick introduction to the Plantronics HW530 corded business-grade headset. So first off, here's the headset. As you can see, it is an over-the-ear model. Comes with a noise-canceling microphone , soft foam cushions so it rests up against your ear, and has two different ear loops that you can choose, small or large and they simply just snap onto the headset. And the ear loop, this is important because this is flexible and bendable , so you can really get a good fit around your ear. So you simply put it on and you kind of squeeze the ear loops so you get it configured just right for your ear. The microphone is bendable, so you want to bend it towards about a quarter of an inch away from your mouth, so that gives you good mic positioning.
