this video will explain how you compare the Plantronics II 565 headset to a DECT phone before you compare the headset it is important to make sure that the headset is charged you are able to remove the headset from the headband by gently pulling the headset off when it's either in its downward or upward position press the silver button and pull the black volume button on top of the headset to the right until the light shines solid now the headset is in pairing mode press the pairing button on the phone and then press the silver button on the headset now your headset is paired and you can start making and receiving calls
