Polar M430 GPS Running Watch

what's up guys I'm Jeff Roselle from residence comm today we're reviewing the polar m4 30 this is a GPS running watch it's basically the polar m400 but a little bit sleeker and thinner plus a built-in wrist based optical heart rate sensor on the underside it's two hundred and thirty dollars and thank God it comes in other colors other than orange you can also get a white one or a grey one but there's obviously more to talk about this watch so let's get to it [Music] okay so in terms of design the M 430 is a comfortable sleek watch it does have these soft touch silicone bands but I think depending on your wrist size it's either gonna fit you perfectly like with me or it's probably not going to be the right watch for you there aren't any additional sizes with it so anybody with a smaller wrist women guys with smaller wrists you're probably not gonna fit into the M 430 and at the very leas
