[Music] hey everyone Tim again tim's computer fixed net this is a video that's just gonna be pretty much in general my repair shop a little something that came through this is a Dell Inspiron 15 this is a 3000 series here but I wanted to kind of take you guys along for the ride on this one complaining of a power Jack issue so let's take a quick look at what's going on here yes so I'll take a tool preferably a plastic type tool and I will start kind of playing around with the jet just to see how secure it is in the laptop to see if it's even broke or what's going on and I don't know if you could tell but I'm able to move that entire jack around and it pushes in and out so if I try to take the adapter and plug it in it's just it's not doing anything it's just kind of sitting there and so that jack is actually moving around inside here which I would say most likely in this case that the ja
