hi there today I want to show you a good way to mix clean secondary colors using single pigment colors from the Windsor and Newton professional acrylic range it's said that traditionally you should need only three primary colors red yellow and blue to mix the secondary colors of orange purple and green this is only true up to a point because the colors in your color wheel will have a warm or cool bias and this will affect the result of the mix for the cleanest color mixing I recommend you use a single pigment color with either a warm or a cool bias here I'm using Winsor & Newton professional artist acrylic and mixing Orange by using red with an orange bias like this pyro red with the yellow has an orange bias like this as oh yellow deep now I'm mixing purple using a red with a purple bias this quinacridone magenta with a blue that has a purple bias this ultramarine blue mix green by usi
