hi i'm steve ballmer the ergonomics guy and like a lot of people I have a laptop and I go out and I work at client sites or if I'm going home telecommuting i'm using a laptop and the problem with using a laptop is that the keyboard and the monitor or connected and so either i'm sitting nicely and my shoulders are relaxed in the keyboards at elbow level and the monitor is way below eye level and I'm crunching down like this or the screen is up at eye level so my head's in a good position but then i'm typing like a pterodactyl I don't like this neither of those is very good and the problem is since the two pieces are connected I'm just I'm adapting to the equipment and that gets really stressful on my body pretty quickly and can cause a lot of pain so I found a product called the ergo q by Baker elk heusen and it is this little little it looks it looks like just a pad of paper but what it
