hello everybody I'm just going to do a quick video about how to do hand soldering of small pitch BGA it's ball grid array and wafer level chip scale packages and this these chips are generally fairly small and one of the problems that we have is that which I'll go through now and is that they're really quite difficult to prototype for and I'll show you the reasons why so essentially you have to have a printed circuit board and see if we can zoom in there so we need to have a printed circuit board and the half it pretty much has to be commercial unless you're really lucky and you have an in-house setup which can do solder mask if you ever try to do BGA es without having a solder mask at well don't even bother trying it's it's Niall impossible it's key that the little balls little solder balls that sit on top of the pads on the tip itself they will go everywhere without a solder mask so y
