The ankle support restricts medial and lateral movement -pronation and supination- as well as the flexion-extension of the ankle joint, making it be properly stabilized. Likewise, the ankle support does not prevent the forefeet from flexing-extending.

The product keeps the joint in a rest position, apart from providing multidirectional pressure and orthopedic heat.

This material provides multidirectional compression and contention, reducing joint and muscle stress.It works as a thermal insulator by keeping body heat, thus preventing an increase of the blood flow and accelerating the recovery and regeneration process.

The neoprene used by PTM is coated with 100% polyamide jersey on its external side and with 100% polyamide plush on its internal side.
