PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The PTM Adjustable 3 Flexband Support has been designed to provide moderate support to the lower & mid area of the back. The band design allows to bend & extend the trunk, improving adaptability without restricting movement; holding the original position where it was placed. The support is supplied in two different measures: three or four bands, which are 24 and 32 centimeter-high respectively. In this way, the product can be adjusted to each patient's need and anatomy. The elastic mesh has high elasticity and is soft to the skin.

Therapeutic Action

The support's elastic mesh applies pressures that provide mild support to the abdomen and lower back, contributing to the healing of pathologies and injuries in the area. The bands prevent the compression applied to a certain area from moving as a result of the trunk's moderate flexion or extension. It is important in certain treatments to provide support to the affected area while keeping a specific temperature; both these features are accomplished by the Adjustable 3 and 4 Flexband Support.

Material Description

Made of a closed mesh elastic, which deliberately misses certain stitches to provide for bands in the fabric. The elastic provides intermediate compression, allows the skin to breathe and is pleasant to the touch and sight. It is made of 50% cotton -hypoallergenic natural fiber-, 30% elastodiene -generally known as rubber or latex, and 20% polyester. The inner side of the support is made of cotton.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Unfasten 2. Put the product around the abdomen. The PTM logo must be visible on the external upper side. 3. Fasten hook and loop strap 4. Adjust product to maximum comfort. 5. If feeling discomfort, please repeat this procedure.
