okay here we are doing some experiments in the basement testing out this pile woofer and seeing what it can do as far as excursion i have an amplifier and a generator generator can go down to 10 hertz which is currently set at and i'm going to adjust this amplifier so that it's just starting to clip somewhere in there it's hard to get it just right you can see the woofer hard to see on the phone but it's it's moving pretty well probably about an inch peak to peak it wasn't for all the damn glare we see that there's about 39 volts 39 times 39 divided by eight about 190 watts so this amplifier can is rated for 175 watts per channel and we can see that this woofer handles 10 hertz without bottoming out at the full output of this amplifier and it's free air this other woofer i tried wasn't liking it at about three volts so that's the difference between a standard quality and a large profess
