okay what you're looking at is the control bezel of the HP photosmart C 4480 a lot of these HP printers have similar bezels and if you put this type of ink you probably bought on ebay inside I'll go ahead and put it inside now I've had luck with just taking it out and putting it back in and it working occasionally but I'll show you the more technical fix okay so there you have it I just took it out and let it sit for a few minutes outside I put it back in and it recognizes it as compatible ink if it doesn't you can try this as well first thing you want to do is push the X and the green button at the same time we'll ask for a special key combination push blue green gray and then it will give you this support push this top button here for information menu click okay and then go through until you see okay checksum for relock data input and push okay and it will display a number click OK an
