hi i'm james and in this video we are looking at the dell xps 13 9360 i believe it is laptop and we are looking at how to replace the battery and the ssd in this machine so we are starting off with our torx t5 screwdriver and we have eight screws on the base of the machine which we need to remove i believe all eight of these screws are the same but as always i'm just going to place them off to the side in the order that they came out uh or was just the easiest way i find for if there are any different length screws things don't get mixed up and basically i just put things in the pattern that they were on the back of the laptop as i removed them now this laptop is with me because of a failed battery i have actually already gone through and done this just videoing the process as i realized it was not one that i have previously covered and therefore would be a good one to record and put up
